Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College.
Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College (JNEC) was established in 1983 since then, owing to its excellent quality of education, it’s been regarded as a premier institute of engineering. The college has created its own mark in the field of technical education and offers 24 degree programs across the fields of engineering, architecture and computer application - B. Tech., B. Arch., M. Arch., MCA, M. Tech., and Ph.D. approved by the national bodies - AICTE and COA.
The college has collaborated with leading tech companies, universities and industry experts and associations to provide hands-on training and understanding of the latest technologies, along with internship, project, and placement opportunities to its students. The Innovation, Incubation and Research Centre (IIRC) of JNEC has been established in collaboration with leading tech companies such as Mahindra Tech, BMW, MSC Software, Christiani-Sharpline etc. It is the first-of-its-kind centre in the State of Maharashtra, where students work on emerging technologies. The college has obtained NBA, NAAC ‘A’ Grade accreditation with ISO 9001:2015, and 14001:2015 Certification.
The college offers a wide variety of advanced engineering programs from Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Electronics to Computer Science and Architecture.

Education should not be only getting good grades so that one can secure a good job later instead it must lay the foundation for long term prosperity of the society as a whole . As Albert Einstein said , " Education is not the learning of the facts , but the training of the mind to think".
Hence we nourish physical , intellectual , social and spiritual aspects of the students along with the formal training in engineering so that the students face the professional and social world competently.
