Energy-Efficient Building Design
Acquire expertise in designing energy-efficient buildings through passive design strategies, renewable energy integration, and advanced building systems.
Site Analysis and Environmental Assessment
Develop skills in conducting comprehensive site analysis and environmental assessments to inform architectural design decisions and optimize resource utilization.
Biophilic Design Integration
Gain proficiency in integrating biophilic design elements to enhance occupant well-being, connection to nature, and overall building performance.
Water Conservation and Management
Acquire knowledge and skills in implementing water conservation measures and sustainable water management systems in architectural projects.

Eligibility
1.Maharashtra State Candidate
(i)The Candidate should be an Indian National and having domicile of Maharashtra state and / or born in Maharashtra state.
(ii) The candidate with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post graduate course in architecture.
(iii) Obtained Non-Zero Positive Score in Graduates Aptitude Test in GATE for Architecture conducted by Indian Institute of Technology; or MAH-M.ARCH-CET conducted by state government of Maharashtra or MGMU CET 2026 (M.Arch.) or PERA CET 2026 for architecture.
(iv) For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm /company /industry /educational and/ or research institute/any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.
Note:
1. Candidates who have appeared in GATE before 2026 and having score which is valid for AY 2026-27 (as mentioned on the scorecard) are eligible for admission.
2. Candidates who have appeared GATE in 2026 with non-zero score shall be considered on the basis of Marks obtained.
3. Preference shall be given to the Valid Score candidates over not valid score.

Department Infrastructure

CAD Lab
The studios are equipped with projector, black boards, portable exhibition panels and pin-up boards with a typical seating arrangement in the center along with discussion tables at the periphery. The discussion tables are also provided with internet connection for students.

Environmental Lab
The environmental lab is equipped with lux meter, anemometer, sound meter, digital infra red thermometer, five in one hygrometer, heliosmeter, globe etc.

Material Museum
The material museum is developed to educate the students through different types of materials. It has collection of wide range of materials for building construction, interior design, plumbing etc.

Exhibition Hall
The exhibition hall is used for numerous purposes including class presentation , to display annual work and architectural design studio work reviews.

Carpentry Workshop
The Carpentry Workshop, serves as a hands-on learning space where students gain practical skills in woodworking techniques, enhancing their understanding of architectural craftsmanship and materiality.

Survey Lab
The Survey Lab provides students with practical training in land surveying techniques essential for site analysis, urban planning, and architectural design.
