Program Outline

“Geology is the scientific study of the Earth in which we studied about Earth’s materials, what it is made of & processes that affect them over time.” Geologists are also involved in exploration for mining industries in search of metals, oils, and other Earth resources.
The study of our planet is known as earth science. The MGMU offers B.Sc Hons course in geology to solid and comprehensive scientific training, reflecting the subject's enormous scope and quick advancement. Geologists play key roles in conserving the resources that support modern civilization, including fossil fuels and minerals, freshwater, and a clean environment.
