Eligibility: HSC Science with minimum 45% marks (40% for Reserved Category)
The 4-year undergraduate program in Bioinformatics introduces the holistic development to solve different problems in computational biology with the help of Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biochemistry, and Biophysics. The program includes the collection, storage, retrieval, process and manipulates biological data. The program structure is designed to acquire the knowledge of wide range of different computer programming languages and database which are used to develop the various softwares for life sciences, including C, JAVA, R, Python and Perl, MySQL. Our graduate students get opportunities in sector like agricultural, health, research, academic and pharmaceutical industries, and government administration.
