Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) Maharashtra is well connected by road, train, and air. Aurangabad Railway Station and Airport are located about 5 Km and 3 Km from the MGM University campus respectively.

The teams are expected to make their travel arrangements themselves for coming to the event venue where accommodation is arranged at MGM University, N-6, CIDCO, Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.
The teams must reach MGM University by the evening of 22nd December 2023. All teams are requested to be in touch with the Reception Cell of the university. They are requested to inform the Cell, of their travel details (mode of travel, date and time of arrival). Team Managers may intimate the Reception Cell, the commencement of their journey, and after reaching Aurangabad, their arrival for necessary coordination, and guidance.

The team Managers/Coordinators are expected to bring the list of players duly signed by the authorized official of their universities and submit the true copy and a photo copy of the same, to the Reception Cell. All players and officials must carry their university I-cards signed by the competent authority.
Tournament I-Card will be issued to the participants, on arrival and it will be compulsory for them to wear the I-Card in the campus. Each team will pay a security deposit of Rs. 2000/- which will be refunded on the day of their departure. In case of any damage to the infrastructure provided to the teams, the organizers are authorized to make a deduction from the security deposit of the concerned team(s), to cover the cost.

The MGM University is arranging free accommodation for all the Team members and Managers/Coordinators.
Participants and Managers/Coordinators will be provided with shared accommodation in dormitories.
Those teams who prefer to stay outside the campus may inform us in advance ( at least two days prior to their arrival) regarding the same.

The campus has a full-fledged canteen, open from 7.30am to 10.00pm offering a wide variety of healthy and hygienic food and snacks, at a reasonable price.
Participant teams are expected to bear the food cost. They can as well dine outside of the campus, if they so prefer.

Preliminary meeting of all team Coordinators/Managers will be held on 23 December 2023, Time 9:30 am at MGM Clover Dale School Ground.

Lots will be drawn on MGM Clover Dale ground (in front of Badminton Court) at 10:00 am. After the lots are drawn, no entry will be accepted from any team what- so-ever the reason may be.

Prize distribution will be held at the venue. Trophies, Medals, and Certificates will be awarded to all the teams securing first, second, and two third positions. There is no provision for Participation Certificate.

Teams are expected to participate in the Opening Ceremony March Past, with their University flag.

The teams will take clearance from the Reception Cell and collect their security deposit amount before checking out of the venue.
All the team are hereby informed to check out within 12 hr. after the formal closing of the Tournament.
