Program Outline

M.Sc. Forensic Sciences or Master of Science in Forensic Sciences is a postgraduate course. Forensic Science in short referred as forensics is the application of all sciences on a single platform to answer questions of interest to a legal matter. Forensic science practices all the ideologies of several discipline of science and applies them in investigations to draw an exact conclusion. In M.Sc. Forensic Sciences, one needs to study the various principles and theories that are applicable in Forensic science. The duration of Master of Science in Forensic Sciences is mostly of two academic years on regular basis. The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters and it is career orienting in nature.

Eligibility & Admission

  • The candidates should pass  B. Sc preferably with Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Microbiology, OR B. Pharm., OR BDS and have passed the entrance test conducted by MGM University (MGMU CET 2022)
