Research at College of Journalism and Mass Communication involves studies in depth from various genres of mass communication and journalism. Dr. Rekha Shelke: Authored research papers which have applications in the areas of Public Relations, Women in Media, Advertising and Digital Media.

Dr. Asha Deshpande: Research interests include Sustainable Development, Public Relations and, Women in Media, Reporting for Print Media.

Dr. Vishakha Garkhedkar: Research interests incorporate Film Communication, Dramatics and Media Management.

Prof. Tanveer Ahemad: A researcher with keen interest in Media Management, Sustainable Development, Development Communication, Economics and Reporting for Electronic Media.
